The certification body for perishable food transportation is an integral part of the vehicle registration certificate, if the atp is expired the overhaul of the vehicle can’t be done until the atp is renewed.

We inform you that the atp has 6 years of validity from the cell/insulated body fabrication date.

Two renewals of three years validity can be done from atp experts. The duration of the renewal start from the expiration date and not from the date of the renewal, even if the renewal was done after the expiration date of the atp. The law provides to book the atp from 6 months before the expiration date, so as to arrive to the expiration date with the atp already renewed.

To the 12th year of life of the cell/insulated body the renewal must be done to the ministry of infrastructure and transport. In that case the renewal will have 6 years of validity.
